Stir-fried eggplant (weight loss)

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Eggplant

Eggplant 1 Green Chili 5-6
Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp Garlic 6 cloves
Salt 1 tbsp MSG 1/2 tbsp

Steps for Stir-Fried Eggplant

Step 1

Cut the eggplant into pieces, steam in a pot for 10-15 minutes. Check with a chopstick, if it goes through easily, it is done.

Finely chop the chili and garlic and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic and chili.
