Recipe for Stir-Fried Dry Tofu

Step 1
Cut the dry tofu into appropriate width and shape, put it in a pot, shake it with chopsticks, add water and boil to remove the bean smell. Remove, put in a basin of cold water to cool, then drain and set aside.

Prepare all the ingredients.
