Step 1
In winter, soak the dried radish slices in water for 5 hours, then wash and set aside

Boil the dried radish in water for 20 minutes
Step 3
Rinse and drain the water from the dried radish
Step 4
Cut the garlic sprouts into sections and set aside
Step 5
Slice the dried radish into shreds and set aside

Heat the pan with oil, stir-fry the green onion, ginger, and chili
Step 7
Add the garlic sprout sections and stir-fry

Add the dried radish and the cooked pork belly, stir-fry
Step 9
Add salt, five-spice powder, a little dark soy sauce, and chicken essence, stir-fry
