Recipe for Stir-Fried Bamboo Shoots with Preserved Vegetables

Step 1
The preserved vegetables given by a friend, self-prepared, very clean.
Step 2
Soak in water.
Step 3
Peel and cut the bamboo shoots.
Step 4
Cut into slices.
Step 5
Heat some oil, stir-fry the chili, garlic cloves, and soaked sliced preserved vegetables together.
Step 6
Add some more oil, stir-fry the bamboo shoots.
Step 7
Add the stir-fried chili, garlic cloves, and preserved vegetables.
Step 8
Add some chicken broth, a pinch of salt, 150ml of water, stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
Step 9
Serve on a plate.
