Steps to Make Jicai Braised Crucian Carp

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, fry the crucian carp until both sides are golden brown.

Add a spoonful of garlic chili sauce.

Drizzle some light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Pour in boiling water, add ginger slices and garlic cloves, and simmer for 15 minutes.
