How to Make Chive and Egg Stir-Fry

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: remove the hard stems from the chive sprouts, wash and drain, crack the eggs into a bowl
Step 2
Blanch the chive sprouts in boiling water for about 30 seconds until they turn from red to green, then remove and drain, let them cool naturally, do not cool them with cold water
Step 3
Finely chop the chive sprouts, add salt to the eggs, and beat to mix

Add the chopped chive sprouts into the egg mixture, stir well
Step 5
Heat a frying pan, pour in Grandma’s Hometown Pressed Rapeseed Oil, heat the oil until it reaches 60-70% hot
Step 6
Pour in the chive and egg mixture, do not stir immediately, let the bottom set and then flip to fry the other side
Step 7
Occasionally flip a few times, fry until both sides of the egg are golden brown, then remove from the pan
