Recipe for Stir-Fried Chicken Hearts with Sichuan Peppercorns

Step 1
Cut the chicken hearts in half (without cutting off the tail), wash them, mix them with starch, and prepare the green and red pepper rings.
Step 2
Heat the wok and add Grandmother’s Hometown Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil.
Step 3
Add the chicken hearts and stir-fry.
Step 4
Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and doubanjiang, and stir-fry.
