Instructions for Stir-fried Chicken Breast with Lettuce

Step 1
Peel and shred the lettuce and carrot.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into slices, marinate with baking soda for 15-20 minutes, then wash it with clean water 4-5 times, drain the water, and marinate with salt, oyster sauce, cooking oil, and soy sauce for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the chicken breast.

Stir-fry the chicken breast until slightly browned and fragrant. Add a little hot water while stirring to prevent sticking, and cook until the chicken breast is done, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Heat oil in the pan, stir-fry the carrot until fragrant.

After the carrot is fragrant, add the lettuce and continue stir-frying. You can add a little water to prevent sticking and speed up the cooking process.
