Recipe for Celery and Thousand-sheet Fried Chicken Breast

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: Cut the thousand-sheet into small pieces, wash and chop the celery into small pieces, marinate the chicken breast slices with baking soda for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with clean water 4-5 times, drain the water, then marinate with salt, oyster sauce, oil, light soy sauce for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken breast and stir-fry.

After the chicken breast is fragrant, add some hot water and continue stir-frying over high heat so the chicken breast doesn’t stick to the pan. Stir-fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes, then set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add the celery and stir-fry.

Add the thousand-sheet and continue stir-frying, adding some hot water midway to prevent sticking.

Finally, add the stir-fried chicken breast, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then season and serve.
