Stir-fried chicken breast with celery and thousand-layer tofu

Celery 6-7 stalks Thousand-sheet half sheet
Chicken breast half piece Baking soda 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 tablespoon Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon

Prepare the ingredients: Cut the thousand-sheet into small pieces, wash and chop the celery into small pieces, marinate the chicken breast slices with baking soda for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with clean water 4-5 times, drain the water, then marinate with salt, oyster sauce, oil, light soy sauce for 30 minutes.
