Ingredients for Chili Stir-fried Beef
Beef tenderloin 300g | Dried red chili 300g |
Celery 2 stalks | Light soy sauce 2 tbsp |
Sugar 1/2 tbsp | Cooking oil 1 tbsp |
Boiling water 1 tbsp | Cornstarch 2 tbsp |
Garlic cloves 2 | Cooking oil as needed |
Recipe for Chili Stir-fried Beef

Step 1
Clean and slice the beef tenderloin, set aside.
Step 2
Add the beef with 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 2 tbsp cornstarch, and 1 tbsp boiling water. Mix well and marinate for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, add crushed garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 4
Prepare to add the marinated beef.
Step 5
Add the beef and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, not exceeding 4 minutes.
Step 6
Stir-fry over high heat until the beef changes color, then prepare to add other ingredients.
Step 7
Add the chili and celery, stir-fry evenly.
Step 8
Transfer to a plate and serve.
