Instructions for Sweet Potato Sticky Rice Cake

Step 1
Mix the flour, half with boiling water and half with warm water, stir with chopsticks until a ball is formed. Cover with plastic wrap to avoid sticking.
Step 2
Mash the steamed sweet potatoes, add sugar and milk, mix well to form a firm dough.

Knead the dough, let it rest, knead again until smooth.
Step 4
Form small dough balls, fill with the sweet potato mixture.

Flatten into cakes, cook in a greased pan on low heat, flip and cover until cooked.
