Instructions for Sticky Rice Chicken

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Cook the sticky rice in a rice cooker and let it cool.
Step 3
Spray oil and wine on the salted egg yolks and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Cut all ingredients into pieces, stir-fry with soy sauce and char siu sauce, flatten the sticky rice, wrap the ingredients, then add another handful of sticky rice on top and wrap with lotus leaves.
