Ingredients for Steamed Tofu and Century Egg
Tofu 1/2 block | Century Egg 1 |
Salt 1 tsp | Cooking Oil 2 tsp |
Oyster Sauce 1 tsp | Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp |
Green Onion 1 stalk | Garlic Cloves 6 cloves |

Steps to Make Steamed Tofu and Century Egg

Step 1
Mince the garlic cloves and cut the Thai Bird’s Eye Chili into small pieces.
Step 2
Clean and chop the green onion.
Step 3
Peel and dice the Century Egg.
Step 4
Heat a little oil and pour it over the minced garlic to release the fragrance.
Step 5
I only used half a block of tofu.
Step 6
Use a spoon to scoop small pieces of tofu onto the plate.
Step 7
Place the Century Egg on top and drizzle with the garlic chili sauce.
Step 8
Steam for 5 minutes after the water boils, then it’s ready to eat.
Step 9
Finished product, sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
