Method for Steamed Spare Ribs with Garlic and Fermented Black Beans

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients: chop the garlic cloves and fermented black beans, rinse the spare ribs and pat dry, marinate in light soy sauce, salt, oil, cornstarch, and oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 2
Break the bean curd skin into small pieces, soak in hot water for 15 minutes.
Step 3
After soaking the bean curd skin, wash it, then use to line the container, place the spare ribs on top, allowing the flavors to absorb into the bean curd skin, making it delicious.

Once the water in the pot is boiling, place the spare ribs inside, steam over high heat for 30 minutes.
