Light Soy Sauce 10g | Oyster Sauce 10g |
Onion Half | Tofu 1 block |

Starch 1 tbsp | Soy Sauce 1 tbsp |

Recipe for Tender Tofu Casserole

Step 1
Cut the tofu into your preferred size, soak in salted water for 5 minutes. It is recommended to use tender tofu.
Step 2
Prepare carrots, onions, green and red chili peppers, garlic cloves, and spring onions.
Step 3
Mix one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, a small spoon of salt, one tablespoon of starch, and half a bowl of water to make a sauce.
Step 4
Fry the tofu in hot oil until golden, cover while frying to prevent splashing and shake the pan to prevent sticking, until all six sides are golden.
Step 5
Saute garlic until fragrant, then layer the vegetables on the bottom of a casserole dish.
Step 6
Pour tofu over the vegetables in the dish.
Step 7
Pour the prepared sauce into the casserole, simmer on low heat for five minutes.
Step 8
Sprinkle with spring onions before serving, enjoy the fragrant and tender dish.
