Steps for Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Rice Noodles

Step 1
Cut the back of the shrimp from the tail to easily remove the shrimp line, head, and shell, keeping the shrimp tail. Wash the shrimp, pat dry with kitchen paper, marinate with salt, cooking wine, and spring onion, ginger, garlic slices for 30 minutes.(Steps 2-12 follow similar format with images and step descriptions)
