Recipe for Steamed Egg

Step 1
The water from the water dispenser, not boiling water, about two cups, add lard and salt, stir well with chopsticks, taste to check if there is enough salt,
Step 2
Crack three eggs into the mixture, then stir well, use chopsticks to mix thoroughly and break up the egg whites,
Step 3
Remove any foam on the surface,
Step 4
Steam the mixture in a pot,
Step 5
Absolutely tender and not fishy, around 10 minutes should be enough, to check if it’s cooked through, poke the middle with a chopstick, if no egg liquid comes out, it’s done
