Ingredients for Steamed Cod Fish

Cod Fish 600g Red Bell Pepper Strips 10g
Green Onion, cut into segments 10g Grandma’s Village Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil 10g
Cooking Wine 10g Ginger, shredded 10g
Steamed Fish Soy Sauce 15g

Steps for Steamed Cod Fish

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: Thaw the cod fish and remove the black belly inside

Marinate the cod fish with cooking wine and shredded ginger for 5 minutes

Step 3

Place in a steaming pot with boiling water, steam on high heat for 8 minutes

Remove from the pot
