Method for Making Steak

Step 1
Buy a piece of beef tenderloin from the market

Slice the beef with a knife

Place the sliced pieces into a bowl

Add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, black peppercorns, and sugar. Mix well and refrigerate for three hours

In a non-stick frying pan, fry two pieces with some black pepper sauce and it’s ready to eat

Store the remaining pieces in a box, separated by non-stick paper, and freeze. When you want to eat, take out two pieces and fry them. It’s convenient, delicious, and cost-effective
