Steps to Make Shepherd’s Purse Wonton

Step 1
Mix the meat filling with appropriate amount of five spice powder, pork fat, peanut oil, green onion, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and garlic oil. Wild vegetables and pork fat must be added, peanut oil can be substituted with another edible oil. If there is no garlic oil, add a bit of sesame oil.
Step 2
Blanch the shepherd’s purse, then squeeze out the excess water. Method: Bring water to a boil, turn off the heat, add the shepherd’s purse, make sure it is completely submerged in water, quickly rinse with cold water.
Step 3
Chopped blanched shepherd’s purse into small pieces.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic chives.
Step 5
Prepare the filling.
Step 6
Wrap the wontons.
Step 7
Garnish with coriander, dried shrimp, seaweed, and sesame oil or garlic oil.
Step 8
Boil the wontons in water, once cooked, transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
