Eggs 2 | Milk 160 ml |
Sugar Substitute 30 g | Butter 20 g |
Cherries Approximately 200 to 300 g | Low-Gluten Flour 70 g |
Recipe for Clafoutis

Step 1
Spread a layer of butter in the baking dish, sprinkle with sugar to prevent sticking and to create a slightly crispy texture on the surface. Then add the cherries, which can be canned or fresh. You can also use other fruits, as you like~
Step 2
Mix the remaining ingredients into a batter, with melted butter added after it has liquefied. Pour into the baking dish and place in the oven.
Step 3
Bake at 210 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce to 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes. Once done, remove from oven and let it cool.
Step 4
After cooling, sprinkle with icing sugar, decorate, and then cut into pieces to enjoy.
