Recipe for Shepherd’s Purse Fried Rice

Step 1
Thoroughly wash the shepherd’s purse
Step 2
Boil the shepherd’s purse in hot water for 30 seconds, then remove and cool it down before squeezing out excess water

Chop the shepherd’s purse and set aside
Step 4
Heat a pan and add Grandma’s Native Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil

Add the chopped shepherd’s purse and stir-fry evenly
Step 6
Add the rice, salt, and chicken bouillon
Step 7
Stir-fry evenly and it’s ready to serve
