Flour 300g | Moss 400g |
Chives 100g | Pork 150g |
Broad bean paste 1 spoon | Oyster sauce 1 spoon |
Peanut oil 2 tablespoons | Chicken powder 1 small spoon |
Boiling water 100g | Cold water 100g |
Recipe for moss steamed dumplings

Step 1
Mix half of the flour with boiling water and half with cold water to form a smooth dough, let it rest for 10 minutes

Cut the meat into small pieces, put in a bowl, add peanut oil, broad bean paste, oyster sauce, chicken powder, mix well and set aside

Wash and cut the fresh moss into sections

Blanch the moss in boiling water for 30 seconds, then remove, cool and squeeze out excess water

Chop the moss and set aside

Wash and chop the chives

Put the chopped moss and chives in a bowl
