Flour 2 tbsp | Salt a pinch |
Five-spice powder 1 tsp | MSG (optional) a pinch |
Sausage 4 pieces | Carrot 1/3 piece |

Steps to Make Spinach Pancake

Step 1
Finely chop the spinach, carrot, and sausage, then add two eggs and mix well.
Step 2
Add flour and mix well, then add MSG, salt, and five-spice powder and mix well.
Step 3
Brush oil in a pan, then cook the pancake on low heat for about four minutes on each side.
Step 4
Remove from the pan and serve.
