Ingredients for Spinach Noodles
Spinach 150g | Bean Vermicelli 50 |
Grandma’s Pressed Rapeseed Oil 1 spoon | Garlic 3 cloves |
Dried Chili 3 pieces | Cilantro 1 stalk |
Soy Sauce 2 spoons | Dried Shrimp 40g |
Chicken Bouillon 2g | Salt a little |
Vinegar 1 spoon |
Recipe for Spinach Noodles

Step 1
Boil water in a pot, blanch the spinach for 30 seconds, then remove and cool in cold water, squeeze out excess water and set aside
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and cilantro, cut the dried chili into strips and set aside
Step 3
Put the spinach, bean vermicelli (pre-soaked), minced garlic, chili strips, and cilantro into a large bowl
Step 4
Pour Grandma’s Pressed Rapeseed Oil into a pan
Step 5
Pour hot oil over the spinach and noodles
Step 6
Then add dried shrimp, chicken bouillon, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, mix well (pre-soak the dried shrimp for a while)
Step 7
Plate and serve
