Recipe for Stir-Fried Leeks with Preserved Pork

Step 1
This is the leek, which looks somewhat similar to wild onions and garlic sprouts, all of which are edible plants with a spicy flavor.
Step 2
After thoroughly washing the leeks, cut them into separate pieces – cut the root part into large chunks and the leaf part into large sections. The order in which they are added to the pot will also vary. Steam the preserved pork for 15 minutes, let it cool, and then cut it into thick slices. Break the dried chili into pieces and shred the ginger.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, first stir-fry the ingredients until fragrant, then reduce heat and stir-fry the preserved pork until the fat is released. (You don’t need to use too much oil at the beginning).
Step 4
First add the root pieces, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the leaf pieces and stir-fry quickly until soft. Taste before removing from heat. If it tastes bland, add some soy sauce and stir well.
Step 5
This dish is quick and easy to make, with a shiny and enticing appearance, and a fresh and spicy aroma.
Step 6
Moreover, it is a very satisfying dish and can also be paired well with scrambled eggs or used as a spicy side dish for other meat dishes.
