Recipe for Green Onion Spicy Potato, Meat, and Shrimp

Step 1
Heat the pan with some oil, cut Chinese Yam or potato into it according to personal preference and amount of rice.
Step 2
Fry on low heat until colored, turn over, selectively add some dried shrimp, beef meatballs, and other easily cooked meat products to enrich the flavor and texture.
Step 3
Sprinkle some water as needed, cover and stew until the potato and meat are cooked without much water left. Then uncover and add chopped green onions and soy sauce.

Mix well and add some spicy/hot pot base seasoning to enhance the color and taste of the dish.

Add tender vegetables like Chinese cabbage, and stir well until softened.

When it’s almost done, sprinkle some cilantro pieces, and taste a piece of potato carefully to avoid burning yourself.

If something is missing, add it to adjust the dish. Stir-fry on high heat, then turn off the heat, transfer it to a plate, and enjoy it however you like.
