Spicy minced meat with Chinese cabbage

Ingredients for Garlic Spicy Minced Pork and Bok Choy

Bok Choy a large bunch Minced Pork fatty and lean
Garlic several cloves Chili Powder coarse
Light Soy Sauce to taste Oyster Sauce as needed
Cornstarch optional Oil your choice
