Instructions for Garlic Spicy Minced Pork and Bok Choy

Step 1
Heat the pan with some oil, stir-fry the fatty and lean minced pork until it changes color, then add minced garlic and coarse chili powder.

Continue cooking until the meat is fragrant and not watery, then add light soy sauce to give the meat some color and seasoning.

Add cleaned and chopped bok choy (cheap at eight yuan per catty!) to the pan.

Mix everything well in the pan, adjust with more light soy sauce, salt, and oyster sauce to taste.
