Ingredients for Sichuan Style Tofu with Meat Sauce
Inner Soft Tofu Half a box | Minced Beef 70g |

Steps to Make Sichuan Style Tofu with Meat Sauce

Step 1
Mix minced beef with ginger, white pepper, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rapeseed oil, marinate for 15 minutes
Step 2
Heat a pan, add oil, then add the minced beef and stir-fry until it changes color Add some water and simmer for 5 minutes, then cook on high heat until the sauce thickens, set aside
Step 3
In a pot, add water and a little salt Add the tofu and bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes

Add the meat sauce and Chongqing noodle seasoning Garnish with spring onions and coriander
