Recipe for Su San Xian

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, trim the ends of the green beans, remove stems from red bell pepper, wash them
Step 2
Slice the cleaned red bell pepper and green onions
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan over low heat, add dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, green onions, stir-fry until fragrant

Cut the potatoes into thin strips, diagonally cut the green beans
Step 5
Add green onions and red bell pepper into the pan, turn up the heat, stir-fry evenly

Add green beans

Stir-fry for three minutes

Add salt, stir-fry evenly, add warm water, cover the pan and simmer for eight minutes
