Spicy Eggplant Garlic sauce with Bean Sprouts and Chicken.

Ingredients for Spicy Garlic Tomato Sauce Bean Sprout Chicken

Tomatoes 2 Bean Sprouts 1/2 lb
Chicken Breast Small amount Garlic Several cloves
Oyster Sauce To taste Tomato Sauce As needed
Black Pepper Optional Chili Powder Coarse
Sesame Oil Optional

Instructions for Spicy Garlic Tomato Sauce Bean Sprout Chicken

Wash and cut two ripe, juicy tomatoes, then throw them in the pot.

Cover and simmer over low heat until the juice comes out, then uncover, chop, and add clean bean sprouts.

Add some oyster sauce, tomato sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar to season and color the dish.

Stir well, cover, and continue to simmer until the meat changes color. Then add shredded/sliced chicken (marinate the chicken with soy sauce, black pepper, salt, cooking wine, cornstarch, and oil if desired).
