8 European black olives | 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons of lemon juice | 1 bay leaf, 8 black peppercorns |
half a carrot | 2 octopus tentacles |
1 potato, half an onion |
Instructions for Spanish Octopus Potato Olive Salad

Step 1
Cut onion and carrot into chunks, add octopus tentacles and seasoning in a pot

Simmer in water for 20 minutes
Step 3
Cook the potatoes in another pot
Step 4
Dice five olives and prepare other seasonings
Step 5
Mix evenly
Step 6
In a large bowl, add the cooked octopus, potatoes cooled in ice water, and sauce
Step 7
Slice three olives to use as decoration when serving
