Recipe for Pickled Cabbage Stir-Fried Bamboo Shoots

Step 1
Blanch the bamboo shoots after slicing.
Step 2
Heat oil and stir-fry ginger slices and dried chili until fragrant.
Step 3
Add thinly sliced salted pork, stir-fry until fat meat turns clear, add shredded pickled cabbage, and cooking wine.
Step 4
Add bamboo shoots, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt, stir-fry with a little water until the pickled cabbage and bamboo shoots are cooked.
