Ingredients for Sour Cabbage Stir-Fried Lamb

Lamb leg meat 300g Homemade sour cabbage ½ small bowl
White part of a large scallion 1 small piece Bird’s eye chilies 2
Grandma’s Hometown Virgin Oil 4 tablespoons Cooking wine 2 tablespoons
Salt 2g Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Sweet potato starch 10g

Step 1

Rinse the lamb leg meat with warm water, slice thinly, place on a plate, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, sweet potato starch and mix well. Then drizzle 1 tablespoon of Grandma’s Hometown Virgin Oil to lock in the flavor. Chop the scallion into small pieces, and cut the bird’s eye chilies into rings.
