Caster Sugar 65g | Whole Eggs 85g |

Pistachio Paste 50g | Cornstarch 8g |

Step 1
Soften cream cheese and caster sugar over hot water

Evenly spread with a scraper

Add pistachio paste and mix well

Add mascarpone cheese and mix well

Add whole eggs and egg yolk, mix well

Add whipped cream, mix well
Step 7
Add cornstarch, mix well

Sift 2-3 times
Step 9
Pour into a greased mold, bake at 230 degrees for about 22 minutes (6-inch). For a 4-inch mold, bake for about 12 minutes. Adjust based on oven temperature and size of the dessert.
