Ingredients for Snow Meiniang

3⃣ Sugar 20g 4⃣ Milk 150g

Instructions for Snow Meiniang

Mix glutinous rice flour, cornstarch, and milk until smooth without lumps, then add sugar and stir until melted. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes in a pot.
