Instructions for Snow Meiniang

Step 1
Mix glutinous rice flour, cornstarch, and milk until smooth without lumps, then add sugar and stir until melted. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes in a pot.
Step 2
Fry glutinous rice flour until fragrant and slightly golden brown.
Step 3
Whip 125ml of light cream with 5g of sugar until stiff peaks. Transfer to a piping bag for later use.
Step 4
Take out the steamed glutinous rice paste, knead with a little corn oil. Sprinkle some cooked glutinous rice flour on the table, place the mixture and roll into a long strip, divide into 7 portions. Roll out each portion thinly and round, place on a mold, layer with cream, mango, cream, and wrap up. You can also make other flavors. Sprinkle some cooked glutinous rice flour before serving.
