Ingredients for Sichuan-style Braised Seaweed and Beef

Rapeseed Oil 120g Ginger 20g
Homemade Douban Sauce 2 spoonfuls Beef Brisket and Beef Ribs 1500g
Light Soy Sauce 2 spoonfuls Salt As needed

Step 1
