Steps for Shrimp, Spinach, and Egg Fried Rice

Remove the shrimp intestine and cut into small cubes. Marinate with cooking wine for 5 minutes to remove fishiness. Heat the frying pan, add cooking oil, stir-fry the shrimp cubes until they change color.
