Recipe for Seed Short Baguette

Step 1
Soak 20g chia seeds in 50g water. Mix the dough ingredients and let it sit for over an hour. Then add the Polish seeds and yeast and knead until smooth. Gradually add 50g water until dough is elastic. Add in all the seeds and mix well. (Dough temperature 23 degrees)(remaining steps excluded for brevity)
