Guān Lì Píng Guǒ Cù 3 tablespoons | Seaweed Powder 1 piece |

Steps for Lāo Zhī Hǎi Dài Fěn

Prepare the ingredients;

Slice the seaweed powder into thin strips, and slice the bird’s eye chili into rings;
