Fresh Shrimp 500g | Ginger a few slices |
Green Onion 2 stalks | Cooking Wine 1 small spoon |
Cornstarch appropriate amount | Breadcrumbs 50g |
Dried Chili 10 pieces | Garlic Paste a plate |
Sugar 1 small spoon |
Recipe for Windproof Sauteed Shrimp

Step 1
Trim the shrimp spikes, remove the shrimp line, open the back, marinate in light soy sauce and cooking wine for 15-20 minutes. Then discard the marinade water, add cornstarch and mix well.
Step 2
Prepare chopped green onions, minced garlic, and small spicy peppers.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, fry the shrimp until both sides are golden brown.
Step 4
In the same pan without oil, stir-fry the breadcrumbs until cooked.
Step 5
Add the shrimp and seasoning to the breadcrumbs, add chili, stir-fry briefly and then serve.
