"Sauteed Prawns with XO Sauce"

Green Onion 2 stalks Cooking Wine 1 small spoon
Cornstarch appropriate amount Breadcrumbs 50g
Dried Chili 10 pieces Garlic Paste a plate
Sugar 1 small spoon

Step 1

Trim the shrimp spikes, remove the shrimp line, open the back, marinate in light soy sauce and cooking wine for 15-20 minutes. Then discard the marinade water, add cornstarch and mix well.
