Recipe for satisfying white-cut meat

Step 1
Prepare a piece of skin-on ham that can impress the audience, mine weighs a bit over 1 jin, slice or crush the ginger, prepare some Sichuan peppercorns, and add 2 spoons of cooking wine. Also, add 10g of salt.
Step 2
As usual, add tap water to the electric rice cooker, approximately 1800ml, then add the ham with the prepared ingredients from the previous step. Braise and cook.
Step 3
Cover the electric rice cooker, plug it in and braise and cook for 45 minutes. To avoid overcooking and making the meat tough, check midway when you feel it’s almost done. I usually poke it with chopsticks twice, haha.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: 10g each of minced ginger and garlic, 2 small peppers, approximately 3g each of coriander and scallions, 3g of white sugar, 3 spoons of oil chili (I used what was available at home), approximately 30g, and 3 spoons of Chubang delicious fresh soy sauce, around 20 ml.
Step 5
Once all the ingredients from the previous step are evenly mixed, taste it and add more salt if needed according to your taste.
Step 6
The taste is really amazing.
