Ingredients for Salt-Baked Fish
Grass Carp Approximately 1.5 pounds | Salt-Baked Chicken Powder 15 grams |

Steps to Make Salt-Baked Fish

Step 1
Squeeze the juice out of the scallions and ginger. If unable to squeeze, a little water can be added.
Step 2
Place the cleaned fish, fish head of tilapia and grouper in.
Step 3
Add an entire package of salt-baked chicken powder.
Step 4
Salt-baked chicken powder + a suitable amount of white pepper to remove fishy smell.
Step 5
Mix well and marinate for half an hour.
Step 6
In a clay pot, sauté ginger slices and garlic.
Step 7
Lay the fish pieces, simmer on low heat until cooked (if you have chopped sand ginger, sprinkle it on top of the fish head for more fragrance).
Step 8
Fish cooked on low heat is more tender and not fishy at all. It has a fresh and salty taste.

For those who prefer stronger flavors, you can use dipping sauce like garlic chili sauce.
