Step 1
Cut the salmon into small pieces.
Step 2
Mix green mustard, 9 mushroom umami, salad dressing, and sweet pepper sauce evenly.
Step 3
Add salmon and fish roe.
Step 4
Mash the avocado with lemon juice.
Step 5
Pan-fry the European bread until crispy on both sides, add a layer of cheese and a layer of avocado.
