Salmon 150g | Shiitake Mushrooms, Crab-flavored mushrooms as needed |

Steps to Make Salmon and Mushroom Braised Rice

Step 1
Marinate the salmon with black pepper and salt.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, fry the salmon on medium heat until golden brown and crispy on the surface.
Step 3
Saute the onion in the same pan without washing it.
Step 4
Add shiitake mushrooms, crab-flavored mushrooms, and carrots. Stir-fry until well combined.
Step 5
Add soaked rice.
Step 6
Add two spoonfuls of mushroom seasoning and a little sesame oil. Stir well.
Step 7
Transfer to a clay pot or rice cooker, add enough water and the salmon.
Step 8
Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 9
Sprinkle with chopped green onions, place a sterilized egg on top, and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
