Bread flour 175g | Polish 175g |
Milk powder 20g | Rose jam 20g |
Sugar 30g | Salt 3g |
Dry yeast 2g | Pectin (optional) 0.5g |
Rose petals 2g | Milk 100g |
Butter 20g | Milk liquid (for brushing on top) as needed |
Steps for Making Rose Toast

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except butter and petals until a thick film forms, then add butter and petals after forming a glove film.
Step 2
Ferment until doubled in size.
Step 3
Divide into 3 portions, roll out.
Step 4
Place in the toast box and ferment until nine-tenths full (because no egg was added, the fermentation height should be higher.)
Step 5
Brush the surface with milk.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 170°C (top) and 190°C (bottom) for 30 minutes, cover with foil after 10 minutes.
Step 7
It’s out of the oven.
Step 8
Slice after cooling.
Step 9
The rose flavor is very intense.
