Ingredients for Claypot Rice
Chinese Sausage 400g | Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Salt, Sugar as needed |
Egg 1 | Tender Greens as needed |
Instructions for Claypot Rice

Step 1
Soak long-grain rice for 2 hours (short-grain rice can also be used). If there’s no time to soak, cook the rice in cold water until slightly swollen
Step 2
Evenly brush an solidified layer of lard on the electric baking pan (can be replaced with other edible oil) Spread the soaked rice on the bottom, arrange the Chinese sausage, Chinese bacon, add a small amount of water (you can add more water later if needed, but too much water will not be successful) Do not turn on the top heat of the electric baking pan, cover and simmer for about ten minutes, crack an egg, simmer for two minutes, add greens and simmer for three minutes.
Step 3
Serve, pour the sauce over, mix well and enjoy. Sauce: 2 parts light soy sauce, 1 part dark soy sauce, 1 part oyster sauce, 1 part sugar, a small amount of water
