Recipe for refreshing cold noodles

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Shred the cucumber, cut the coriander into small pieces, chop the leek and garlic, and cut the small spicy pepper into small pieces for later use.

Boil a pot of water, add the noodles and cook until slightly al dente. Rinse in cold water, toss with Golden Lionfish Grandma’s Hometown Small Squeezed Rapeseed Oil, and let cool.
