Steps to Make Chestnut, Chinese Sausage, and Mushroom Braised Rice

Step 1
Soak the rice in water for about an hour, soak the dried mushrooms for 30 minutes, and squeeze out the water.
Step 2
Slice the Chinese sausage thinly, and chop the mushrooms and green onions.
Step 3
Heat oil and stir-fry the Chinese sausage, chestnuts, and mushrooms until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the rice and stir-fry evenly.
Step 5
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar and continue stirring to combine.
