Recipe for Puning Tofu

Step 1
Prepare two pieces of tofu.

Cut into small pieces.

Pour a suitable amount of cooking oil into the pan, and when the oil is moderately hot, lay the tofu flat in the pan and fry on low heat.

During frying, do not flip frequently. Flip the tofu when the bottom turns golden brown.

Once one side is fried, fry the other side. If you do not like soy sauce, this step can be completed here. After plating, you can dip in soy sauce, chili, etc., and enjoy.

Mix three tablespoons of soy sauce with water, adjust to desired saltiness with soy sauce, you will need about half a small bowl of water.

Simmer on low-medium heat for a few minutes, leaving some liquid in the pan.
